Design and construction of residential buildings: Erection of apartment buildings in Helsinki-Kaarela as a fixed-price SR-contract, including overall design, building technical works, and all LVISA (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automation) works. The project concerns plot 33367/1, Heka Honkasuo Perhosenkierto 29. Design work can commence after signing a pre-agreement, with an estimated construction start in October 2027. Buildings can also be implemented as hybrid structures if the carbon footprint requirements according to appendix no. 24 of the SR-contract program are met.
