Object Planning for New Construction of a Club Building at Bauseweinallee

Object planning according to § 34 HOAI, service phases 1 to 9, for the new construction of a club building with open spaces at Prof. Eichmann Street (Bauseweinallee) in Munich. The service focuses exclusively on the sports area of a larger school construction project, with completion aimed for by the end of 2030. The room program for the club building includes approximately 215 m² for collective and individual changing rooms, an accessible changing room with washing areas, rooms for the groundskeeper, storage rooms, and a first-aid room. The building and sports facilities are also to be used by the school after the school construction is completed. The planning must consider aspects of climate neutrality by 2035, including the use of renewable raw materials, embodied energy, circular construction, ReUse and recycling materials, as well as timber or timber-hybrid construction with building greening. Noise protection measures are not part of the service.
