Design, construction, and author supervision for the residential building stock of the Owners' Association "BLAGODENSTVIE" in Svishtov, Hadzhi Dimitar Str. No. 11: Preparation of an investment project (working design) for energy-saving measures to achieve at least energy efficiency class "B" and ensure accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Exercising author supervision during construction and installation works. Execution of construction and installation works on the multi-family residential building, including wall insulation (EPS 12 cm, XPS 20 mm for window reveals – 1,109.87 m²), application of colored silicate exterior plaster – 1,109.87 m², roof insulation (XPS 100 mm, λ=0.03 W/mK) – 472.10 m², floor insulation (XPS 100 mm, λ=0.03 W/mK) – 105.49 m², window replacement (PVC-framed double glazing, max. U-value 1.4 W/m²K) – 217.85 m², replacement of 12 luminaires in common areas with new, energy-saving, and sensor-controlled models, as well as construction works to improve access for people with reduced mobility to the entrance doors of 2 building sections.
