Design, construction, and supervision for a multi-family residential building in Svishtov, Vihren St. 10-12: Preparation of an investment project (working design) for implementing energy-saving measures to achieve a minimum energy class B and ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility according to Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021; execution of author's supervision during construction and installation works; performance of construction and installation works, including wall insulation with 897 m² EPS 120 mm (λ=0.035 W/mK) and 20 mm XPS (λ=0.03 W/mK) around windows, roof insulation with 385.58 m² mineral wool 100 mm (λ=0.035 W/mK) for Roof Type 1, floor insulation with 232.87 m² XPS 100 mm (λ=0.03 W/mK) and replacement of garage doors, window replacement of 220.46 m² wooden and metal frame windows with new PVC windows with double glazing (max U=1.4 W/m².K), replacement of 12 lighting fixtures in common areas with energy-saving, sensor-controlled models, and construction works to improve access to the entrance doors of 2 block sections.
