Design and construction of ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 systems for railway lines 133 and 134, section Sosnowiec Jęzor – Kraków Główny: Creation of preliminary documentation (design concept, data preparation rules, operational scenarios, update of railway traffic rules for ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 Ir-1b, test cases), project documentation for construction works and permits, technical and operational documentation according to Ie-100a, as-built documentation including geodetic survey, execution of all construction and preparatory works, conformity assessment of the "Control – trackside equipment" structural subsystem (design and final tests), obtaining the operating permit for the structural subsystem from the President of the Office of Rail Transport. The implementation period is 29 months from contract signing, including 20 months for the completion of all works, handover of as-built documentation and certification documents, and 29 months for operating permits and final acceptance. Option 1 includes the extension to railway line 134 Jaworzno Szczakowa – Mysłowice (km 0.220 to km 6.624) and railway line 133 Dąbrowa Górnicza Ząbkowice – Kraków Główny (km 14.925 to km 20.740), to be executed within 18 months of activation. Option 2 involves modifications to installed ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 devices to ensure the RBC – RBC Handover function with ETCS Level 2 devices on adjacent lines, to be executed within 4 months of activation. The services cover railway control systems (srk), telecommunications, and power engineering.
