Design Services for Nyíregyháza Garden City Canal Development

Design services for infrastructure development in Nyíregyháza within the "Kertvárosi csatorna fejlesztése" project: preparation of permit and execution plans, designer's site supervision (5 occasions), professional support for public procurement procedures related to the construction works. The task involves the further planning/re-planning of an existing plan for the "Kertvárosi csatorna rekonstrukció", which included the reconstruction of the main collector canal bed lining and the creation of two flood peak reducing storm reservoirs. The existing plan is not suitable for the current "TOP Plusz" funding scheme. The planning includes the preparation of new, unified, and final permit and execution plans, conducting related permitting procedures, and providing the necessary documentation for the public procurement of the construction works. A related task is the preparation of documentation concerning the preservation of biological activity. The design area covers the section of the Nyíregyháza VIII main flow sub-catchment area between chainages 0+597 km and 2+247.8 km, including bed lining replacement. Additionally, 2 new earth-bedded storm reservoirs are to be designed, and detailed landscape architectural plans are to be prepared in accordance with the professional opinion of the Green Infrastructure Plan Jury.
