Road construction for Tölgyes utca
Road renovation, sidewalk construction, and rainwater drainage for Tölgyes utca: planned total road length 1,078.58 m, planned sidewalk length 1,135 m, 4,373 m² subgrade preparation, 1,579 m² shoulder regulation, 400 m² slope formation, 1,137.5 m² earth excavation, 218.2 m³ demolition of macadam road pavement and mechanical stabilization, 55 m construction of lowered curbs or runner courses, 1,226 m construction of classic road curbs, 44.7 m² paving for heavy duty, 4,093 m³ milling of the top layer of asphalt pavements, 230.66 m³ construction of rolled asphalt base layer with AC22 base (N) 35/50 and AC22 base (N) 50/70 type bitumen, 140 m³ leveling layer with AC11 wearing course 50/70 and AC11 wearing course 70/100 type bitumen, 349.87 m³ rolled asphalt wearing course with AC11 wearing course (N) 50/70 and AC11 wearing course (N) 70/100 type bitumen. Design class: B.VI., network function: d, environmental condition: B, design speed: 30 km/h. The planned crown width of the road renovation is 9.00 m. The widening to 6.00 m occurs with a 2.5% one-sided slope in the southern direction, towards the planned rainwater drainage. An approximately 50.0 m long section of Csongor utca with affected pavement will also be renovated. The road to be renovated crosses the Érpataki VIII. main stream (cadastral no. 0301) at km 0+203.5 with a reinforced concrete bridge at km 5+875 of the main stream. The width of the reinforced concrete bridge is 9.50 m, the width between the sidewalks is 7.00 m. On the north side of the street, a 1.50 m wide sidewalk will be constructed along the property boundaries. The pavement widening is bilateral from km 0+000 to the Érpataki VIII. main stream crossing, and thereafter the road mainly widens in the southern direction towards the forest. Before the road connections of the sidewalk sections, tactile pavements must be installed with a 1.5 m x 0.3 m guiding strip and a 0.6 m x 1.5 m warning signal. At km 0+100, km 0+450, and km 0+800, elements for speed reduction are planned. The planned road renovation and widening necessitate the construction of a closed rainwater drainage system. The route of the closed rainwater drainage channel is planned along the existing gravity and infiltration ditch sections, which will therefore be dismantled and backfilled. The discharge point for the closed rainwater channels is at the existing connection points of the Érpataki VIII. main stream crossing the street. From the west, a D 300 KG-PVC channel of approximately 187.8 m length is planned from the existing M27 gully, and from the east, a D 400 KG-PVC channel of 729 m length. At the discharge point, the existing 12 m long ø 40 concrete channel section must be rebuilt to a D 400 KG-PVC pipe. The existing infiltration basin in the forest opposite Sikló utca will continue to be integrated into the drainage system and must be cleaned and restored to its original condition upon completion of the construction. The slope of the eastern D400 KG-PVC channel section is 1.1 ‰. The relocation of electricity poles, electrical cabinets, low-voltage and underground cables, and the relocation of fire hydrants falling within the clearance profile of the planned road and sidewalk, are part of the investment.
