Planning Services for the Renovation of the Janus Pannonius Grammar School Pécs

Planning services for the renovation of the Pécs Janus Pannonius Grammar School building on a plot area of 2,396 m² with a net building area of 3,303 m² to be planned. The services include the preparation of permit plans and execution plan documentation for the renovation of the building's exterior and interior. This encompasses architectural planning such as facade window replacement, facade and plinth insulation, attic floor insulation, internal door/window replacement/repair, roof structure review (static and wood protection), static examination of ceilings, planning of waterproofing for basement classrooms, renovation of gymnasium wet blocks and changing rooms, renovation of classroom flooring, shading, general painting, examination and planning of accessibility options including lifting equipment and elevators, floor plan modifications, and built-in furniture. Mechanical planning includes the review and renovation of stormwater drainage and networks, complete renovation of water and wastewater networks, heating modernization (pipes, radiators, thermostats), development/modernization of ventilation for internal rooms and washrooms, and examination and planning of cooling. Electrical planning involves the replacement and modernization of the high-voltage network, review and planning of electrical capacity expansion, planning of new connections and metering points if necessary, preparation of layout drawings for distribution/main meters, modernization of lighting in all rooms, installation of a fire alarm system and, if necessary, a heat and smoke extraction system, as well as the review/planning of the structural network (alarm, internet) and the examination and planning of solar panel placement. The contractor is responsible for the selection of subcontractors, support for the procurement process (review of offers, participation in evaluation), and designer supervision (twice monthly throughout the construction phase). Additionally, cost estimations and cost expert tasks according to Ábtv. § 19 (4) and § 22 are to be provided. For the monumental building, execution plans and detailed drawings must be prepared, coordinated and approved with the Heritage Protection Authority, and a historical scientific documentation, building diagnostics, and value inventory must be created.
