Economic and financial analyses for TOP_PLUSz projects in Pécs: Preparation of analyses considering Regulation 2021/1060/EU (CPR) Article 73, Government Decree 256/2021. (V. 18.) Korm. on the use of EU funds 2021-2027 § 106, the calls for proposals TOP_Plusz-6.2.1-23, TOP_Plusz-3.4.1-23, TOP_Plusz-1.3.2-23, the European Commission's Vademecum (Economic Appraisal Vademecum 2021-2027), relevant Hungarian CBA guidelines, the TOP_PLUSZ KPÚ methodological guide, the CBA analysis matrix, the basic project documents, and technical documentation. The analyses are required for the preparation phase of TOP_PLUSz projects, with simplifications possible for projects with eligible costs under 700 M Ft. This includes: 1. Full economic Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) for ERDF-type projects with eligible costs exceeding 700 M Ft. 2. Simplified economic Cost-Benefit Analysis for all ERDF-type projects. 3. Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) for all ERDF-type projects. 4. Least Cost Analysis (LCA) for all ERDF-type projects. 5. Multi-Criteria Analysis (MCA) for all ERDF-type projects. All ERDF-type projects refer to the sectors listed in Table 3 of the TOP_PLUSZ KPÚ.
