Planning Services for Stormwater Drainage System Törzs Street

Planning services for the development of a stormwater drainage system on Törzs Street, Nyíregyháza: Revision and further development of an existing plan, which includes pre-fabricated reinforced concrete storm reservoirs. This involves the preparation of a new, unified and final approval plan and execution plan, the conduct of related approval procedures, the provision of documentation for the public procurement of construction works, the preparation of documents related to the preservation of biological activity, and the performance of designer supervision tasks (5 occasions). The planning covers approx. 680 m of stormwater channel with manholes, connection pipes and crossover pipes, a storm reservoir system at 5 locations, water extraction for irrigation purposes related to 5 storm reservoir blocks, and approx. 400 m² of green area with its irrigation.
