Design and execution planning for the expansion of ul. Grójecka in the section Pl. Zawiszy – Pl. Narutowicza, including: preparatory works, obtaining the permit for the road investment with all necessary documentation to enable construction works, development of promotional and informational materials, development of the building design, development of execution designs, development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, development of maps with planned property divisions, development of bills of quantities, preparation of the investor's cost estimate and the tender cost estimate form, answering questions from contractors and making any necessary modifications to the developed documents during the tender procedure, performing author's supervision during the construction works, transfer of intellectual property rights including copyrights for works performed under the contract, and granting all consents and authorizations for their modification and the exercise of dependent rights.
