Rebate Agreements for Pharmaceuticals with Atomoxetine

Rebate agreements for pharmaceuticals containing the active ingredient Atomoxetine (ATC-Code: N06BA09): AOK Niedersachsen offers non-exclusive rebate agreements under an open-house model to bridge the period until exclusive contracts come into force. Conditions are uniform for all pharmaceutical companies, and individual negotiations do not take place. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026 and the latest contract end on 30.09.2028. Contract conclusion is possible on the first of each month, with a termination period of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace the open-house contracts with exclusive rebate agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house contracts. Exclusive contracts typically come into effect 6 to 8 months after publication. Interested parties can request contract documents; for a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 28.08.2026. A lead time of 35 calendar days is required for contract registration in Lauer-Taxe®. This is not a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU; the publication serves transparency, further items as per the tender documents.
