Rebate agreement for medicinal products containing Aprepitant

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements for medicinal products containing the active ingredient Aprepitant (ATC: A04AD12): AOK Niedersachsen offers contracts to all interested pharmaceutical companies within an open-house model. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest start on 01.10.2026 and the latest end on 30.09.2028. Contract conclusion is possible on the first of each month, with a submission deadline of 28.08.2026 for a 01.10.2026 start. A right of termination exists with six weeks' notice to the end of the month. AOK reserves the right to replace these contracts with exclusive rebate agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house contracts. This publication serves transparency and does not constitute the award of a public contract.
