Discount agreements for pharmaceuticals with the active ingredient Tobramycin (ATC:J01GB01): Conclusion of non-exclusive contracts in an open-house model with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The contracts serve as a bridge between patent expiry and exclusive award procedures. Maximum contract duration 24 months, earliest contract start 01.10.2026, latest contract end 30.09.2028. Access is possible monthly, with a right of termination six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace these contracts with exclusive discount agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house contracts. Submission of contract documents for the first contract start by 28.08.2026. This is not a public procurement according to Directive 2014/24/EU.
