Rebate agreements for pharmaceuticals with the active ingredient Nevirapine (ATC-Code: J05AG01): Conclusion of non-exclusive contracts under an open-house model with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, starting no earlier than 01.10.2026 and ending no later than 30.09.2028. Entry is possible monthly, with a termination period of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace these contracts with exclusive rebate agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house contracts. Exclusive rebate agreements typically come into force six to eight months after publication. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 28.08.2026. An organizational lead time of generally 35 calendar days is required. This is not a public contract under Directive 2014/24/EU.
