Rebate agreements for medicinal products with the active ingredient Cariprazin (ATC-Code: N05AX15): Conclusion of non-exclusive contracts under an open-house model by AOK Niedersachsen. These agreements serve as a transitional solution until exclusive contracts come into force. Uniform conditions apply to all pharmaceutical companies, without individual negotiations. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest start on 01.10.2026 and the latest end on 30.09.2028. Entry into a contract is possible on the first of each month within this period, with a termination period of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace the open-house contracts with exclusive rebate agreements, after which the open-house contracts will automatically terminate. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 28.08.2026; for later entries, a lead time of 35 calendar days is required. This is not a public procurement contract under procurement law.
