Rebate agreements for pharmaceuticals with the active ingredient Rasagiline (ATC-Code: N04BD02): Conclusion within a non-exclusive open-house model with uniform conditions for all pharmaceutical companies. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, starting no earlier than 01.10.2026 and ending no later than 30.09.2028. Contract entry is possible monthly, with a termination period of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace these contracts with exclusive rebate agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house contracts. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 28.08.2026. An organizational lead time of 35 calendar days is required. This is not a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU.
