Rebate Agreements for Medicinal Products with Ipratropium Bromide
Rebate agreements for medicinal products containing the active ingredient Ipratropium bromide (ATC-Code: R03BB01): Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements within an open-house model with all interested pharmaceutical companies. Uniform conditions apply without individual negotiations. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026 and the latest contract end on 30.09.2028. Entry is possible monthly, with a termination period of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace these agreements with exclusive rebate agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house agreements. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 02.09.2026. Later contract conclusions are possible monthly, with a lead time of 35 calendar days. This is not a procurement under public procurement law (Directive 2014/24/EU).
