Rebate agreements for pharmaceuticals with Lopinavir and Ritonavir (ATC-Code: J05AR10)

Rebate agreements for pharmaceuticals containing the active ingredient combination of Lopinavir and Ritonavir (ATC-Code: J05AR10) are offered under a non-exclusive open-house model. These contracts serve as a transitional solution until exclusive contracts from formal procurement procedures come into effect. Conditions are uniform for all participating pharmaceutical companies, and individual negotiations do not take place. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest possible start on 01.10.2026 and the latest end on 30.09.2028. Contract conclusion is possible on the first of each month within this period, with a termination period of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace the open-house contracts with exclusive rebate agreements, whereby the open-house contracts automatically terminate upon the exclusive contracts coming into force. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 27.08.2026; later contract conclusions require a lead time of 35 calendar days. This publication does not constitute a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU and serves for transparency.
