Rebate agreements for pharmaceuticals with active ingredient Naproxen (ATC: M01AE02): Non-exclusive open-house rebate agreements offered by AOK Niedersachsen to all interested pharmaceutical companies, with uniform conditions and no individual negotiations. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026, and all contracts ending by 30.09.2028. Contract conclusion is possible on the first of each month within the term, with a termination period of six weeks to month-end. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace these agreements with exclusive rebate agreements, which automatically terminate the open-house contracts. Submission of contract documents for a contract start on 01.10.2026 must be by 28.08.2026. Later contract conclusions are possible on the first of each month during the 24-month maximum term, noting a typical lead time of 35 calendar days. This is not a public procurement contract under Directive 2014/24/EU.
