Discount agreements for medicinal products with the active ingredient Entecavir (ATC-Code: J05AF10): Conclusion of non-exclusive contracts under an open-house model with AOK Niedersachsen. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026 and the latest contract end on 30.09.2028. Entry is possible on the first of each month, with a termination right of six weeks to month-end. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace these contracts with exclusive discount agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house contracts. The submission deadline for a contract start on 01.10.2026 is 28.08.2026; later contract conclusions are possible with a lead time of 35 calendar days.
