Framework Agreement for Subject-Specific Tutoring (German and Mathematics) at Startchancen Schools in Brandenburg

Tutoring services in German and Mathematics for learning support at Startchancen Schools in Brandenburg: structured and continuous support based on the Brandenburg curricula and individual learning needs. Tutoring is provided in small groups with a maximum of four learners per group. Up to six groups can be formed per primary and special school, and up to four groups per secondary general education school. Learning groups can be subject-specific or cross-subject. Tutoring sessions usually take place twice weekly per learning group, each lasting 45 minutes, on different weekdays. Typically, at least two tutoring sessions for different learning groups occur consecutively on one day, provided at least two learning groups have been formed. Learning support is implemented in person on school premises and does not take place during the Brandenburg school holidays. The contractor must continuously document the students' learning development, including attendance records, short progress reports, and records of learning progress and existing support needs.
