Vulnerability Management Software with Licenses, Implementation, Operation, and Support Services

Vulnerability Management Software: Conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision, implementation, integration, support, and further development of a software solution for the client's IT landscape, including licenses or subscriptions and operational and development services. The solution transitions an existing technical foundation into stable regular operation and enables the structured identification, analysis, evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of vulnerabilities. The scope of services includes the provision, setup, configuration, integration, optimization, and ongoing support of the solution, integration into the existing system and process landscape, support for operational readiness, improvement of scan coverage, optimization of data quality, and provision of reporting, analysis, and control functions. Existing IT service management processes are supported, and interfaces for information transfer, processing, and dissemination are provided. The framework agreement does not establish a minimum purchase obligation; specified quantities, hourly rates, reference quantities, estimated values, and maximum quantities serve for contract value determination, offer comparability, and award evaluation, without entitlement to actual call-off.
