Urban regeneration of degraded residential areas in Alexandria municipality, located between București, Libertății, Agricultori, and Negru Vodă streets: rehabilitation of road and pedestrian infrastructure (carriageways and footpaths), rehabilitation of site infrastructure by restoring public utility networks (public lighting, water supply, domestic and storm sewage), restoration of utility connections (water, sewage, electricity supply), rehabilitation of household waste collection infrastructure, provision and installation of urban furniture, demolition of highly degraded structures, landscaping of green spaces, establishment of playgrounds, installation of a video surveillance system and a Smart City system, provision of specific facilities for disabled persons' access to public services. Fire safety, occupational health, and safety measures must be ensured in accordance with current regulations.
