Heat Supply for Jürgen-Schumann-Kaserne Appen

Planning services for securing the heat supply for Jürgen-Schumann-Kaserne Appen: Renewal and future-proof redesign of the existing energy supply center (EVZ) in building 192, which includes two oil boilers, a wood chip boiler with wood chip storage, a natural gas CHP unit, a central pump station, water treatment plant, electrical main feed, emergency power system, and staff rooms. Building 192 will be demolished and replaced by a modern heating plant with over 70% renewable heat generation and a new transformer station. Renewal of heating substations with heat distributors and central hot water preparation in a large part of the supplied buildings. Renewal of approximately 30-40% of the total route length of the heat distribution network. The construction project is structured into three sub-areas: 1) Replacement new build for the heating plant with plant technology (including pellet storage, heat pump system) and ancillary rooms. 2) Adaptation of the property's heat network to modern insulation standards and state of the art, further supply lines in the outdoor area, renewal of approximately 60 heating substations and central hot water preparations including associated building automation, and demolition of building 192. 3) Renewal of electrical systems from building 192 and adaptation to future electrical demand in a new transformer station. Object management for the overall measure is within the scope of technical building equipment (TGA) trades; coordination of other service profiles is a special service. For sub-area 1, object management is assigned to the "Buildings and Interiors" service profile. Processing of plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 in HOAI service phases 2-9. Planned dates: FPU submission by 31.10.2027, construction start by 01.10.2028, construction end by 31.10.2034, construction handover by 15.12.2034.
