Planning, Construction, and Operation of a Gigabit Network for Markt Floß

Planning, construction, and operation of a Gigabit network under a viability gap funding model for all advertised addresses based on Gigabit-RL 2.0: Provision of Gigabit-capable broadband connections with a minimum symmetrical data transfer rate of 1 Gbit/s under peak load conditions, with upload and download rates at least doubling. The scope includes passive network infrastructure (civil engineering, empty conduits with cables, shafts, distributors, house connections, network termination units) and active technology for network operation, including network termination within the building at each advertised address. Construction is technology-neutral according to footnote 117 of the Aid Guidelines EU2023/C 26/01 and § 5 para. 7 Gigabit-RR 2.0. All content and requirements of Gigabit-RR 2.0, Gigabit-RL 2.0, the grant decision and associated ancillary provisions (BNBest-Gigabit), as well as the material concept and specifications for passive infrastructure dimensioning, must be strictly observed. The expansion area is detailed in the appendices of the "B-Leistungsbeschreibung" (maps B1, B1.1-B1.2, address lists B2, B2.1-B2.2).
