Software Robotics Services

Software Robotics Services: Maintenance, support, development, and expert services for the existing Tungsten software robotics solution, as well as the implementation of new robotics solutions. Included are maintenance and support for existing robots, error and fault resolution, changes and further development, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and production deployment of new robots, service management, and necessary expert services. The service will be provided in the client's technical environment and must be manageable, maintainable, documented, and secure. Current automations are primarily based on user interfaces, where robots process data according to defined rules, perform checks, handle exceptions, enter/update data, and generate notifications/summaries/reports. Some automations also utilize file-based materials, email, databases, and system-to-system data transfers. The automations process, among other things, the accounting and approval of purchase invoices, the creation of sales invoices, checks for building permit processing, data transfer between building control systems, processing of customer and card applications for library systems, PIN code management for library cards, correction of metadata in case management systems, and checking and updating document data. Some automations may process personal data requiring special protection. The current automation comprises approximately 10 to 13 robotics implementations. The contract period is two (2) years, followed by an indefinite term with a six (6) month notice period. The target start date for the contract is November 1, 2026, but no earlier than after the procurement decision has become legally binding and the contract has been signed by both parties.
