Delivery, installation, and commissioning of 3 millimeter-wave body scanners including shoe scanners for JVA Burg, JVA Halle, and JA Raßnitz. Also included are the handover of complete technical documentation and a maintenance and service contract with a four-year term, including DGUV-V3 inspection. All applicable EU and national standards (e.g., Radiation Protection Act, EMC directives) and necessary certifications must be complied with.

Floor covering works for Pratau Fire Station

Execution of flooring work for the conversion and extension of the Pratau Volunteer Fire Department (FFw) in Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The construction project includes an extension on the west side of the existing building for sanitary and changing rooms as well as internal conversions. Virtual Court System for Justice

Creation of a complete system 'Virtual Court – Courtroom of the Future' consisting of a stationary CAVE system (LED-based, tracking, network) at the OLG Stuttgart and 18 mobile VR headsets at at least five locations in Baden-Württemberg. eJustice Basic Service Scanning and PDF Conversion

The subject of the tender is the eJustice basic service Scanning and PDF Conversion for the development network of the states of Bavaria, Brandenburg, Berlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Hamburg and Rhineland-Palatinate. The service is divided into three lots: Lot 1 comprises the maintenance, further development and support of the existing individual software of the Scan sub-system (based on OpenText Intelligent Capture, .NET, MS-SQL). Lot 2 concerns the provision, maintenance and support of a standard-based PDF conversion component (PDF/A-2, PDF/A-3, OCR text recognition) including connection via the URSI interface. Lot 3 comprises the maintenance and upkeep for the existing licenses of the Foxit Rendition Server. The volume structure for the basic term amounts to 700 to 2,750 person-days for Lot 1, up to 1,100,000,000 pages for Lot 2, and a budget of €1.5 million to €3.2 million for Lot 3.
