Construction and small construction-related works for properties of the Municipality of Vihti, 1.11.2026-30.10.2028 with options until 2030

Construction and small construction-related works for properties owned by the Municipality of Vihti (e.g., schools, kindergartens, health centers, and libraries) and for managed and responsible properties and business premises: annual repair and construction works on an hourly rate basis or at a fixed total price. Duration 1.11.2026-30.10.2028, with two one-year extension options for 2029 and 2030. Estimated total value of the framework agreement for all partners: 5,400,000 €. Project-specific construction and warranty bonds are required for projects exceeding 50,000.00 €. Works according to the General Terms and Conditions for Construction Contracts YSE 1998 and project-specific contract documents. An option allows the subsidiaries Vihdin Toimitilat Oy and Nummelanharjun Energia Oy of the Municipality of Vihti to join the framework agreement. The procurement is divided into two lots, with 4-5 contractors to be selected for each.
