HVAC Works on Annual Contract Basis, Term 01.11.2026-30.10.2028 with Options
HVAC works: Annual repair works for properties owned, managed, and responsible by Vihdin kunta (e.g., schools, kindergartens, health center, library) on an hourly basis or at a fixed total price; term 01.11.2026-30.10.2028 with two one-year extension options (1+1 years) for 2029 and 2030. The estimated value of the framework agreement is 5,400,000 €. Site-specific construction and warranty securities are required for objects exceeding 25,000.00 €, as well as an HVAC foreman. Works are performed according to the general contract terms YSE 1998. Subsidiaries Vihdin Toimitilat Oy and Nummelanharjun Energia Oy may join the framework agreement. 4-5 contract partners will be selected.
