Building Automation Works for Municipal Properties, 2026-2028

Building automation works: annual repair works for properties owned or managed by the municipality of Vihti (e.g., schools, kindergartens, health centers, libraries) on an hourly rate or fixed price basis; contract duration from 01.11.2026 to 30.10.2028 with two optional one-year extensions for 2029 and 2030. The estimated value of the framework agreement is €5,400,000 for all partners. Site-specific construction and warranty securities are required for sites exceeding €25,000.00. Works are to be performed according to the General Contract Terms for Building Contracts YSE 1998. Subsidiaries of the municipality of Vihti may join the framework agreement. 4-5 contract partners will be selected.
