Electrical works for municipal buildings: Annual contract for maintenance and repair works on properties owned by the municipality of Vihti (e.g., schools, kindergartens, health centers, libraries), on an hourly rate basis or at a fixed price. Contract period from November 1, 2026, to October 30, 2028, with two one-year extension options for 2029 and 2030. Estimated total value of the framework agreement for all partners: 5,400,000 €. Contractors must provide site-specific construction and warranty securities for projects exceeding 25,000.00 €. Works to be performed according to the General Terms and Conditions for Construction Contracts YSE 1998 and project-specific contract documents. Option for Vihdin Toimitilat Oy and Nummelanharjun Energia Oy, subsidiaries of the municipality of Vihti, to join the framework agreement. Selection of 4-5 contract partners. Divided into three lots.
