HVAC and Plumbing Works on Annual Contract Basis for Municipal Properties

HVAC and plumbing works for properties owned and managed by the municipality of Vihti, including schools, kindergartens, health centers, and libraries: annual repair works as invoiced work on an hourly basis or at a fixed lump sum. The contract duration is from November 1, 2026, to October 30, 2028, with two optional one-year extensions for 2029 and 2030. The estimated value of the framework agreement for all partners is €5,400,000. Site-specific construction and warranty period securities are required for projects exceeding €25,000.00. Works are to be performed according to the general contract terms YSE 1998. Subsidiaries of the municipality of Vihti, Vihdin Toimitilat Oy and Nummelanharjun Energia Oy, have the option to join the framework agreement. An HVAC supervisor is required. 4-5 contract partners will be selected.
