Energy efficiency renovation for residential blocks A1 and G2: thermal rehabilitation of the building envelope, including replacement of existing exterior and access joinery with high-performance thermal insulation joinery (PVC, triple-pane, low-E, inert gas filling, radiant barrier, R’min = 0.83 m²K/W) with shading elements and automatic door closers; installation of self-regulating ventilation flaps; thermal insulation of opaque exterior walls with 20 cm mineral wool; thermal and hydro insulation of the terrace or the slab over the last level; enclosure of balconies and loggias with thermal insulation joinery (PVC, triple-pane, R’min = 0.83 m²K/W) and insulation of parapets; demolition of metal grilles, balustrades, and non-compliant enclosures; construction of parapets with 10 cm thick AAC masonry, plastered, skimmed, and washable interior paint finish; thermal insulation of the slab over unheated ground/basement with 10 cm high-density basalt mineral wool, protected by 2 layers of spackle and reinforcement mesh; thermal insulation of reveals and sills with 2 cm high-density basalt mineral wool and spackle with fiberglass mesh; thermal insulation of the building plinth with 20 cm mineral wool and protection by waterproof but vapor-permeable structured mortar, insulation extended 40 cm below CTS level; repair of protective pavement; hydro-insulation of the plinth and rehabilitation of green areas; removal of roofing and wooden roof structure, removal and reconstruction of waterproofing layer for access canopies, construction of a new wooden roof structure with profiled ceramic tile roofing (including accessories), replacement of the rainwater collection system; repair of facade construction elements; restoration of interior finishes in intervention areas; improvement/modernization of building technical systems: installation of ventilation grilles and restoration of ventilation ducts in apartments; new electrical installation for common areas, LED lighting with natural light sensors; rehabilitation/modernization of the lighting installation, replacement of inefficient luminaires with energy-efficient LED luminaires with motion sensors; lightning protection system and surge arresters; installation of a 3 kWp on-grid photovoltaic system; grounding belt installation; installation of electric radiators in stairwells on each level; completion of the existing electrical panel with automatic circuit breakers for electric radiators; further items as per the tender documents.
