Specialist Electrical Engineering Planning for Renovation and Conversion of Martinusquelle Facility

Electrical engineering planning services (basic services of HOAI, service phases 2-8, §53 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15) for high-voltage systems, telecommunications, and information technology systems: This includes the energy-efficient renovation and further construction measures for the Martinusquelle facility, which features a thermal swimming pool and sports hall, covering the conversion of therapy areas, offices, roof renovation, and redesign of the main entrance. For the conversion/new construction of the main entrance, service phases 4 to 8 are required, and for other conversion areas, service phases 2 to 8. The facility will remain fully operational during the renovation. Costs must be specified according to DIN 276 at the 3rd level. Sustainability criteria, based on DGNB/BNB, must be observed. A strict separation between funded (EFRE) and non-funded measures is required for measurement and billing.
