Specialist Planning for Buildings and Interiors for Renovation and Conversion of Martinusquelle Facility
Architectural planning services (buildings and interiors) for the energy-efficient renovation and construction measures of the Martinusquelle facility (thermal bath, sports hall) in Bad Lippspringe: conversions in therapy areas, offices, roof renovation, redesign of the main entrance. Basic services of HOAI, service phases 4-8 (§33 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10). For the conversion/new construction of the main entrance: service phases 4 to 8; for other conversion areas: service phase 8. The facility remains fully operational during the renovation, with phased renovation. Parts of the measures are EFRE-funded; strict separation of funded and non-funded measures required for measurement and billing. Costs must be specified according to DIN 276 at the 3rd level. Planning and execution are guided by sustainability criteria, without explicit DGNB/BNB certification.
