Specialist Planning HVAC for Martinusquelle Renovation
Planning services for Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (HVAC) for the energy-efficient renovation and construction measures of the Martinusquelle facility with thermal swimming pool and sports hall: Basic services of HOAI, service phases 1-8 (§53 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15) for wastewater, water, and gas systems, heating systems, air conditioning systems, and building automation. For the conversion/new construction of the main entrance, service phases 1 to 8 are to be provided; for other conversion areas, service phases 4 to 8. The facility remains fully operational during the renovation; costs must be specified according to DIN 276 at the 3rd level; planning and execution should be guided by DGNB/BNB assessment criteria, even if no certification is sought.
