Architectural planning services (buildings and interiors) for the energy renovation and construction measures of the Martinusquelle facility, including thermal swimming pool and sports hall: conversions in therapy areas, offices, roof renovation, and redesign of the main entrance. The facility remains fully operational during the conversion phase, with renovation carried out in sections. Services include service phases 4 to 8 for the conversion/new construction of the main entrance and service phase 8 for other conversion areas, according to HOAI §33 ff. in conjunction with Annex 10. Costs must be specified according to DIN 276 (3rd level), with strict separation of funded (EFRE) and non-funded measures. Planning and execution are to be guided by sustainability criteria (DGNB/BNB) without explicit certification.
