Planning services for heating, ventilation, plumbing (basic services of HOAI, service phases 1-8, §53 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15) for the energy-efficient renovation and construction measures of the Martinusquelle facility with thermal swimming pool and sports hall: wastewater, water, and gas systems, heating systems, air conditioning systems, building automation. The facility remains fully operational during the renovation phase. For the main entrance conversion/new construction, service phases 1 to 8 are to be provided; for other conversion areas, service phases 4 to 8. Parts of the measures are EFRE-funded; strict separation of funded and non-funded measures for measurement and billing is required. Costs must be specified according to DIN 276 at the 3rd level. Planning and execution are guided by sustainability and future-proof construction criteria, even without explicit DGNB or BNB certification.
