HVAC Planning for Fraunhofer Institutes in Region 15_02

Framework agreement for the planning and construction supervision of technical building equipment (TBE): Plant groups according to HOAI 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 for new constructions, extensions, conversions, modernizations, repairs, and maintenance services. Work is predominantly carried out in existing buildings and ongoing operations of research facilities, laboratory, and office buildings at the locations Saarbrücken, Sulzbach, St. Ingbert, and new institutes in Region 15_02. Each call-off maximum 999,999.00 € net, total costs KG 200-700 (excluding initial equipment). Fixed-price contract, fee according to HOAI (basic fee rate) for service phases 2-4 and 5-8, fee zones 1, 2 and 3 (§55 HOAI). Incidental costs according to RIFT-Bund, conversion surcharge according to AHO publication series "HOAI - Planning and Building in Existing Structures". Basic term 2 years, optional 1x extension by 2 years. Maximum cumulative contract volume 400,000 € plus VAT.
