Framework Agreement HVAC Planning for Fraunhofer Institutes Region 15_02

Framework agreement for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, Air Conditioning) planning and technical building equipment (TGA) construction supervision: Services for new constructions, extensions, conversions, modernizations, repairs, and maintenance for plant groups according to HOAI 4, 5, and 6. Commissioning occurs in stages for HOAI service phases 2-4 and 5-8, fee zones 1, 2, and 3, basic fee rate. Locations are Fraunhofer Institutes in Region 15_02, specifically Saarbrücken, Sulzbach, St. Ingbert, and new institutes/parts of institutes within the region. These are existing buildings, special constructions, research facilities, laboratory, and office buildings. The maximum order volume per call-off is 999,999.00 € net for total costs KG 200-700 (excluding initial equipment). The basic term is 2 years with an optional extension of 1 x 2 years. The maximum cumulative order volume is 400,000 € plus statutory VAT. Incidental costs according to RIFT-Bund, conversion surcharge according to AHO publication series "HOAI - Planen und Bauen im Bestand", with existing building fabric to be processed already covered by an increased conversion surcharge.
