Technical Building Equipment (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary) planning for the new construction of the municipal yard in Leutkirch im Allgäu: The project includes a two-story office and common room building for 55 employees (aiming for KfW Efficiency House Standard 40), three workshop buildings (for electrical, carpentry & joinery; masonry & construction crew, traffic engineering; gardening, locksmith, vehicle workshop), a vehicle hall as a timber-hybrid building with approx. 2,100 m² gross floor area, and 38 covered parking spaces. A photovoltaic system of approx. 5,000 m² is to be planned; optionally, a rainwater collector with approx. 40 m³ storage for 14 days is foreseen. The vehicle workshop will receive a hall crane with 5 t load capacity, lifting platforms, and storage for 3,000 l diesel, oil, and lubricants. The cost ceiling for the municipal yard is 15 million € gross (cost groups 200-700), of which approx. 10 million € gross for cost groups 300+400 and approx. 1 million € gross for cost group 500 (as of 2026). Completion of the building is targeted for mid-2029. The new construction of the Leutkirch waterworks operating building is being tendered in parallel.
