Technical Building Equipment (Electrical) planning for the new construction of a municipal depot at Unterer Auenweg in Leutkirch im Allgäu: The depot includes a two-story office and common room building with sanitary facilities for 55 employees (aiming for KfW-Efficiency House Standard 40), three workshop buildings (for electrical, carpentry & joinery; for masonry & construction crew, traffic technology; for gardening, locksmith, vehicle workshop), a vehicle hall as a timber-hybrid building (reinforced concrete columns, glulam beams) with approx. 2,100 m² gross floor area (R), and 38 covered parking spaces. A photovoltaic system of approx. 5,000 m² is to be planned. The vehicle workshop requires an overhead crane with 5 t load capacity, a lifting platform for narrow-gauge vehicles, a column lifting platform for cars, and storage for 3,000 l diesel, oil, and lubricants. The electrical TBE planning includes the equipment for the vehicle workshop and general workshops (e.g., overhead crane), an electronic locking system, compressed air in all workshop areas, charging infrastructure for e-vehicles, an intruder alarm system, and video surveillance. Optionally, a grid replacement system via PV with storage modules for autonomous operation in case of disaster is to be considered. An emergency power supply is also planned. The cost ceiling for the municipal depot is 15 million € gross (cost groups 200-700), with estimated costs of approx. 10 million € gross for cost groups 300+400 and approx. 1 million € gross for cost group 500 (as of 2026). Planning services are to commence immediately after commissioning, with completion of the building aimed for by mid-2029. The demolition of existing buildings is not part of this tender. In parallel, the new construction of the Leutkirch waterworks operating building is being tendered; applications for both procedures are welcome.
