Structural Engineering for Institute Building Extension MPI for Biogeochemistry, Jena

Structural engineering for the extension of the Institute Building of the MPI for Biogeochemistry in Jena: Services according to § 51 in conjunction with Annex 14 of HOAI 2021 in service phases 1 to 6, plus special services. The project includes the demolition of an old greenhouse, the extension of an institute building with office, special, and laboratory areas (approx. 590 m² NUF 1-6 on 1st floor, ground floor, basement 1, and possibly basement 2), the construction of a new greenhouse, and resulting renovation work on the existing building, technical infrastructure, and utility lines in the ground. Estimated construction costs (cost groups 300+400) are 7,500,000 € net, total construction costs (cost groups 200-700, excluding 611 and 612) are 12,500,000 € net. Additionally, 12 parking spaces are planned in the outdoor facilities.
