Gas, Water, and Drainage Systems for Buildings

Gas, water, and drainage systems: short-term minor building maintenance work in commercial and residential buildings as well as administrative buildings in Berlin, property area 12 (Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz). The framework agreement with up to three contractors runs from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, with an estimated contract volume of 50,000 € gross for 2027 and a maximum single order value of 20,000 € net. A surcharge of 50 € is granted for small orders up to 500 € net. The estimated distribution of individual orders is: up to 500 € net approx. 15 %, over 500 to 2,000 € net approx. 35 %, over 2,000 to 5,000 € net approx. 25 %, over 5,000 to 10,000 € net approx. 20 %, over 10,000 to 20,000 € net approx. 5 %. The award procedure follows a bidding-up and bidding-down process according to § 4 Abs. 4 VOB/A, based on STLB-BauZ unit prices, where bidders submit percentage surcharges or discounts. Discounts of 50% or more lead to exclusion. The award criterion is price, with the average surcharges/discounts, material surcharges, and hourly rates of the top 3 bidders being agreed upon as binding remuneration, further items as per the tender documents.
