Low and Medium Voltage Systems for Building Maintenance in Berlin

Installation and maintenance of low and medium voltage systems according to STLB-Bau (Z) LB 682 (07/2025), earthworks according to STLB-Bau (Z) LB 600 (07/2023), and masonry according to STLB-Bau (Z) LB 630 (07/2023) for short-term building maintenance in commercial, residential, and administrative buildings in Berlin, specifically within property area 12 of the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation. Works are generally to be performed in occupied or used conditions. A framework agreement with up to three contractors is sought for a term from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with an estimated contract volume of 150,000 € gross for 2027. Individual orders have a maximum value of 20,000 € net; a surcharge of 50 € is granted for micro-orders up to 500 € net. The award process follows a bid/ask procedure according to § 4 para. 4 VOB/A, based on STLB-BauZ unit prices, where bidders offer a percentage bid or ask across all unit prices. The estimated distribution of individual orders is: up to 500 € net approx. 15 %, over 500 to 2,000 € net approx. 35 %, over 2,000 to 5,000 € net approx. 25 %, over 5,000 to 10,000 € net approx. 20 %, over 10,000 to 20,000 € net approx. 5 %.
