HVAC Planning Services for Institute Building Extension

Planning services for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC) systems for the extension of an institute building at the MPI for Biogeochemistry in Jena: Demolition of an old greenhouse, new construction of a greenhouse and technical center, extension building with approximately 590 m² NUF 1-6 for office, special, and laboratory areas, conversion work on the existing building, in the technical infrastructure, and on supply and disposal lines in the ground. The extension building spans levels OG 1, EG, U-1, and possibly U-2, with a connection to the existing building via a connecting bridge on OG 1 and at level U-1. Additionally, 12 parking spaces are planned in the outdoor facilities. The estimated construction costs (KG 300+400) are 7.5 million € (net), total construction costs (KG 200-700, excluding KG 611 and KG 612) are 12.5 million € (net); further items as per the tender documents.
