Engineering services for a Community Center for Early Childhood Development: Development of an investment project in the 'Working Project' phase for the construction of a new single-story building for a community center for early childhood development (OCRD) with a capacity of 30 places and a built-up area of at least 1,000 m², including landscaping and park design activities for the adjacent outdoor space on a land plot with identifier 65766.702.4482. All existing buildings on this land plot (total area 11,974 m²) are to be removed. The scope also includes the exercise of author's supervision during the execution of construction and assembly works in accordance with Art. 162, para. 2 and 3 of the Spatial Planning Act, and the execution of construction and assembly works for the removal of existing buildings and the new construction of the center. A framework agreement will be concluded with a single bidder who meets the selection criteria and whose offer complies with the stated conditions. The contract will be signed only after funding is secured; funding is not yet secured at the time of the procedure opening.
