Design, Construction, and Supervision for 'Cherni vrah 9' Residential Building, Svishtov

Design, construction, and author's supervision for the residential building stock of the Owners' Association 'Cherni vrah 9' in Svishtov: Preparation of an investment project (working design phase) for implementing energy-saving measures (minimum energy class B) and ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility according to Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021; execution of author's supervision during construction and installation works; performance of construction and installation works on the multi-family residential building. This includes: Wall insulation with 120 mm EPS (λ=0.035 W/mK) and 20 mm XPS (λ=0.03 W/mK) around windows – 488.40 m²; roof insulation (Type 1) with 100 mm mineral wool (λ=0.035 W/mK) – 176.63 m²; floor insulation with 100 mm XPS (λ=0.03 W/mK) – 88.49 m²; window replacement; replacement of 5 luminaires in common areas with new energy-saving, sensor-controlled models; construction works to improve access to the entrance doors of 1 block-section for people with reduced mobility. The construction is classified as Category Four according to Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003. Detailed requirements are in the technical specification.
