Non-exclusive rebate agreement for the active ingredient allergen extract from timothy grass pollen (ATC V01AA02): Conclusion of a framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies under the same conditions during the contract period from 01.10.2026 to 31.10.2027. Required documents for contract conclusion or later accession include a letter of offer, acknowledgment of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 to the contract, in which the medicines containing the specified active ingredient must be entered. Annex 2 must be submitted as an Excel file. Documents are to be sent via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later accessions on the 1st or 15th of the following month require submission of documents by the 5th of the preceding month. further items as per the tender documents
